The Government recently published regulations for Gender Pay Gap Reporting, requiring UK companies with more than 250 employees to publish their Gender Pay statistics. The gender pay gap shows the difference in the average hourly earnings of men and women across Logistex Ltd regardless of their roles or industry sectors. The statistics can be affected by a range of factors, including the different number of men and women across all roles within the workforce.
