There were celebrations all round as Logistex and United Biscuits won the Warehouse Operations category with Project Ghost at the Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transport’s Annual Awards Dinner.
The evening was hosted by TV Presenter Naga Munchetty. CILT President Beverley Bell FCILT chaired the event and was joined by the Institute’s Patron, HRH The Princess Royal, who presented the awards to each of the winners. After an evening of fine dining, networking and celebrating the industry, the night was rounded off with a prize draw for Transaid. After hearing that Naga is a keen golfer, all the Logistex and UB boys were hoping to win the golf day so that they could offer her one of the extra tickets, but they had no such luck! Luckily walking away with a trophy for Warehouse Operations softened the blow a little.
Congratulations to everyone involved in Project Ghost and also to all of the other winners on the evening! We are looking forward to next year’s event! For more info on the awards and to see a full list of the winners please visit the news page.
